You’re my light

The road of life,

is long and dark.

I can’t see,

the end of the road;

I can’t heard,

any noise along the road;

I hardly saw,

anyone on the same road;

I  barely touched,

anything on the road.

One more step I took,

the more afraid I was,

the more lonely I felt.

I was uncertain,

where I were led to;

I was undecided,

to move or to stay;

I just did not know,

what to do!

Suddenly,

I saw you;

suddenly,

I saw a dim glow.

As days pass,

the glow turns into a light,

a light that show me the direction.

As years pass,

the glow and light disappear,

but,

I see you stand next to me.

Darling,

you’ve lighted up my life;

darling,

you’ve given my life meaning.

I shall repay your kindness,

by treating you better;

I shall repay your benevolence,

by giving you all I have.

Darling,

I love you;

Darling,

I can’t live without you.

Being honest, I shall never be who I’m today without meeting her. All I can say is – she gives meaning to my life!
